Tiny wee libraries project for bookworms

They say good things come in small packages, and that includes the Tiny Wee Libraries project about to sprout around town.

The first of the brightly painted boxes filled with donated reading material outside Te Hā o Mātauranga - Learning in Kaikōura has already been put to good use.

Kaikōura Tiny Wee Library is a community project combining Art and Literature.  We want to encourage accessibility of books within our community for locals, visitors and tourists alike.  Alongside this we have created a unique and stunning Arts Trail which we weave you in and out of some of Kaikōura's amazing scenery.  We hope that the trail will continue to grow as will the love of reading and books.
